Yun Wu Cloud Mist Green Tea

Yun Wu (Clouds & Mist) tea boasts a rich history rooted in China’s ancient tea culture, originating from the misty, high-altitude mountains of regions like Zhejiang and Anhui. Cultivated for centuries, this green tea thrived in the cool, fog-laden slopes at elevations around 3,500 feet, where the unique microclimate enhanced its delicate flavor. Traditionally hand-plucked by skilled farmers, the light, airy, silver-flecked leaves were gently toasted to preserve their natural essence, a practice refined over generations.

Our Yun Wu tea is hand-harvested and gently roasted in large iron pans. These leaves produce a golden-yellow infusion with a smooth, earthy flavor, accented by subtle nutty and vegetal notes. Its refined balance of gentle sweetness and mild astringency makes it an everyday favorite.
