Tie Guan Yin Oolong

Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of mercy), one of China's top 10 famous teas, originates from Anxi in Fujian Province. The name comes from a Qing Dynasty legend where a farmer discovered the tea plant in a dream guided by the Iron Goddess of Mercy.

Our tea is hand-harvested from May to November, capturing seasonal variations: lighter spring leaves for freshness and fuller autumn leaves for more body.

The leaves are rolled in an 18-step process, semi-oxidized, and lightly roasted over charcoal. Our Tie Guan Yin Oolong has a naturally sweet and creamy finish, with notes of orchids and nectarine.
